Bad news: The computer downstairs celebrated Memorial Day by acting funny. I'd rather not explain.

Good news: Since then, I've been at my upstairs computer, which was basically my replacement computer for the one that broke about a year ago. I'm not much on computers (the hardware anyway) so I won't give the specifics but I will say I'm among the Vista users now (hence the name of the journal). (Hey, I had little a choice at the time. XP was becoming obsolete and Vista was the latest at the time. Nothing too bad right now but it has been a few weeks now.) I lost some files but with the magic of IT guys, the Internet, and technical know-how, my parents managed to move the files to one large harddrive so Vista could be installed.

In other statements, once I get my confidence as an artist back (along with GIMP since I only have Painter on this comp, aside from the hard-to-find Paint, of which I'm trying to lean myself from), expect some new stuff (that includes your request pic ~LemGambino). (This journal was also an exucse to get that somewhat antiquated webpage that is my previous journal off my front page!)
